Prepare the Package
Securely pack your GAOMON tablet and all included accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer shipping label.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team; we recommend retaining your tracking receipt until the return is confirmed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
